The latest from the Android sector is that a G2 handset has been spotted and it looks pretty good. How do we know – take a look at the leaked images for yourself. While it does retain similarities to the G1, this device is sans a slide out QWERTY and thereby makes it a little sleeker. The white glossy look gives it a very snappy look. There’s no word yet on the what the interface is like and it’s also possible that by the time it gets out, which is speculated to be sometime in May 2009, the Android interface could see some serious improvements and perhaps even cosmetic changes. This “G2” model is also manufactured by HTC and is equipped with a 3.2 megapixel camera as the images reveal. None of this has been officially confirmed yet as HTC, although they’ve mentioned other devices has not been too specific. Let’s wait and watch. Stay Tuned. |
