We previously reported that the Asus Transformer 2 would sport the all new NVIDIA Tegra 3 chip but there was no actual indication as to when this slate would be launched. At the All Things D’s AsiaD conference, ASUS chairman Jonny Shih was interviewed by Walt Mossberg of All Things D at Hong Kong, and offered a glimpse of the Eee Pad Transformer 2, Intel Ultrabook – the Zenbook UX31.
