Datawind has been talking about the improved UbiSlate+ tablet, while users are yet to receive the pre-ordered Aakash UbiSlate tablet. With a large number of pre-orders received, Datawind wants to be sure that its customers aren’t bogged over wondering if they’ll receive the Aakash tablet or not. The company has now started an e-mail support service that will answer all user queries pertaining to the status of their orders.
