Jelly Bean-running Penta T-Pad WS707C launched for Rs 7,999

Pantel Technologies has launched the Penta T-Pad WS707C running the Jelly Bean operating system. As per an official statement, the tablet is priced at Rs 7,999.

 

The Penta T-Pad WS707C is powered by a Cortex A9 1GHz processor, Mali 400 3D Accelerator GPU and 1GB DDRIII RAM. The tablet is fuelled by a 3000 mAH battery. It comes with an EDGE enabled SIM Slot, which gives you superior data communication services. 

 

It has a 7-inch touchscreen with 3D graphics support. The device also supports a dual-screen video operation that allows the user to perform two tasks simultaneously, such as surfing the Internet while watching a movie.

The Penta T-Pad gift pack comes with 3D goggles for 3D video viewing, data cable and a free pouch to keep your tablet safe. Further, the tablet PC supports a wide array of video and audio formats to take care of the user’s entertainment needs and comes with in-built speakers and a microphone.

 

The Penta T-Pad comes with All-Port Architecture of Pantel Technologies that supports multiple connecting options like USB port, HDMI Port and a TF card slot. Considering the user’s experience, the tablet PC comes pre-loaded with the Penta Application suite that contains apps such as YouTube, NexGtv, Facebook, Skype, and many more. The company claims further that users have access to 3D games with more than 60,000 applications from Google Play store.

 

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Vijender Singh, MD, Pantel Technologies, said, “As a pioneer in the Tablet PC industry, Pantel Technologies is proud to introduce the power packed Penta T-Pad WS707C. Endowed with superior specifications, Penta T-Pad WS707C is an EDGE-enabled device which personifies performance with superior connectivity at an affordable price.”

 

In November last year, the company launched its WS802C-2G Penta T-Pad. The Penta T-Pad WS802C-2G comes with an inbuilt SIM slot, Wi-Fi, 3G USB dongle. The WS802C-2G comes with an 8-inch multi-touch capacitive screen, 1.2GHz processor, 1GB DDR3 RAM and 8GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 32GB. The device costs Rs 8,299.

 

A keyboard with an inbuilt stereophonic speaker system has been designed specifically for this device. Priced at Rs 1,499, this accessory converts the device into a laptop. Widgets and connectivity options such as host and mini USB, HDMI Port and Bluetooth ensure portability and compatibility with other devices. The Penta T-Pad WS802C-2G comes pre-loaded with many popular applications, which include Facebook, Skype and Angry Birds. The tablet comes with a 5000mAh battery and 3D graphics accelerator.
