Lamborghini unveils luxury Android tablet and two smartphones

Luxury truly knows no boundaries. We saw  the Stuart Hughes’ version of the iPad 2 encrusted with diamonds and featuring the yellow metal and dinosaur bones, the uber cool BlackBerry P’9981 smartphone (RIM’s presentation with Porsche); and while you thought that was as far as it could go, then go back to reading the first line - the rest need to meet these two new products, an Android smartphone and tablet, from the luxury car makers Lamborghini.

As reported by Russian site Mail.ru, the Android smartphone, TL700, sports a 3.7-inch, 800x480-pixel display with sapphire glass with an additional anti-reflective coating and has a metal case. It runs Android 2.3 and has “elements of crocodile skin”. Other specifications of the smartphone include - a full set of wireless modules (except for the NFC), 2 cameras - 0.3 and 5 megapixel, 4GB of internal memory and the battery 1400 mAh. This exquisite piece of tech can be yours for 90 000 rubles (153,467.18 INR approx. ).

Next in line is an Android tablet - Lamborghini L2800 tablet. The tablet, according to this report comes with a Qualcomm processor with a frequency of 1.2 GHz, 512 MB RAM and 4GB of internal memory (a memory card slot is present), 2 cameras - 2 and 5 MP and 7500 mAh battery. It will sport a 9.7-inch LED-backlit display with a resolution of 1024x768 pixels, which is “protected from scratches and other damage to sapphire crystal.” ICS enthusiasts will love this bit  - the tablet is currently running Android 2.3, but an upgrade to 4.0 goodness is to follow. The Lamborghini L2800 tablet will cost you 75 000 rubles (127,889.31 INR approx.).

Next to come is TL688 Spyder - Telephone, which sports a 2-inch display with a resolution of 240 × 320 pixels. It features a 3-megapixel camera (video capture), 4GB of internal memory, a front camera and network support 2nd generation (GPRS / EDGE). The phone comes with a gold plated case and is made by hand. It can be yours for 60 000 - 70 000 rubles, i.e roughly 102,349.50 INR to 119,407.74 INR
