WickedLeak launches Wammy Magnus, a quad-core Jelly Bean tablet

WickedLeak has launched a new Android tablet dubbed Wammy Magnus. The tablet runs on the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system and is upgradeable to Android 4.2. The Wammy Magnus tablet is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core processor, GPU SGX544 @8 cores, with 2GB of RAM. It comes with 16GB memory and is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. The Wammy Magnus supports videos up to 4k resolution (Ultra HD 4096 x 2160 video decoding).

Wammy Magnus has a 0.3MP front and 2MP rear camera with auto focus that can record videos at 720p. On the connectivity front, it has Wi-Fi and external 3G, and comes with a Mini USB port , Mini HDMI and a microSD card slot. The device measures 80 x 177 x 267 mm and packs an 8,000 mAh battery that will provide up to 6-7 hours of battery life.

The tablet supports video formats like, AVI/RM/RMVB/MKV/WMV/MOV/MP4/DAT(VCD format)/ VOB(DVD format)/PMP/MPEG/MPG/FLV/ASF/TS/TP/3GP/MPG and audio formats like FLAC/APE/WAV.

Wicked leak has priced the Wammy Magnus at Rs 15,499.

In October last year, WickedLeak announced two tablets – a 7-inch tablet called Wammy Desire and 9.7-inch one called Wammy Athena. The devices are priced at Rs 6,499 and Rs 13,999 respectively. Both devices run on Google’s Latest Android v4.1 (Jelly Bean) operating system. 

The Wammy Desire is powered by a dual-core 1.5GHz processor, possesses 1GB DDR3 of RAM and support for 3G via dongle. The tablet runs on the latest Android v4.1 JellyBean OS. The Wammy Desire also features a Li-on 3,000mAh battery and comes pre-loaded with 3D games such as Hero Of Sparta, Nova, Gun Bros and Spiderman.
