Zen UltraTab A900 launched for Rs 7,999

As per an official statement, Zen Mobile (Teleecare Group) has announced the launch of Ultratab - A900 today. The company claims that its Ultratab-A900 tablet is the first ever 9-inch touchscreen tablet to be launched in the Indian market at Rs 7,999. The official statement adds that the Ultratab-A900 comes with a sleek marble finish offering users Internet and multimedia experience on 16M colours in a portable form factor. The new Zen UltraTab A900 comes is powered by a 1.5GHz processor and it comes with 512MB DDR3 RAM, which the company claims ensures connectivity to deliver rapid mobile download speeds and reduce data transfer times. The Zen UltraTab A900 also provides connectivity through a Micro USB slot. The tablet runs on Android v4.0 (ICS).

The Zen UltraTab A900 is a Wi-Fi device with 3G USB dongle support. It has a host USB port and an additional micro USB port for pendrive, 3G connectivity. The device, according to the official statement, responds instantly and accurately to every touch, drag, zoom, or twist of the fingers. 

Zen’s UltraTab A900 is pre-loaded with complete set of applications for one go access. For youngsters who are hooked to chatting and don’t want to miss any conversation, the device supports social networking and chat applications like Nimbuzz and Mig 33. For gaming fanatics, ibibo – Teenpatti and Rummy are preloaded. For people who miss watching their favourite shows on television, there is nexGTV. The app supports Live TV, Loop Channels & VOD. With Zen UltraTab A900 making online payments will now become a matter of seconds as the device supports Paytm. With an inbuilt Map My India mapping software, Zen UltraTab A900 takes out the fear of the unknown and lets you explore places you never knew where there. Zen’s Ultratab A900 user experience is designed with a Live Panel menu users can customize to display a variety of content on the home screen including digital pictures, favorite Web sites and social network feeds.
