21.5-inch BenQ LCD Monitor Enters Indian Market

Announced in June, the BenQ E2200HD, a 21.5-inch full high definition LCD monitor has been launched in the Indian market.


The monitor is equipped with BenQ's 'Full HD' technology and delivers 100% dot-for-dot rendering of full HD content from devices like Blu-ray DVDs, PS3s and HD camcorders.

It renders 1080p full high definition content such as Blu-ray movies and console games without the need to crop, stretch or resize the content to fit the screen. BenQ's 'Full HD' technology enables the users to view full HD content in its original format.

With 'Advanced Motion Accelerator' technology, the monitor has a response time of 2 milliseconds (Grey to Grey). The E2200HD features 10,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 1920x1080 native resolution, 300-nit brightness and 16.7M colors. It also features HDMI and DVI-D interfaces (both with HDCP support), Windows Vista Premium Certification, 'Senseye+photo' technology and integrated speakers.

The BenQ E2200HD LCD monitor is available at a price of Rs. 13,500.
