LG Launches New Monitor

LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd., has launched a new 18.5" LCD monitor – the W1941S. Aimed at both office and home users, the monitor has a power consumption of only 21W as against conventional LCD Monitors that use around 40W. This monitor also features 8000:1 DFC and f-engine technology for microscopic picture clarity. R Manikandan, Business Group Head, DDS, LGEIL said, "With this new launch, we reinstate, LG as a company is committed to provide the best-of-class products having perfect harmony of technology features and aesthetics. This widescreen LCD Monitor comes with a unique features of watching pictures & movies originally recorded in 4:3 aspect ratio also undistorted at a press of a button. The f-engine technology embedded in this monitor helps to achieve microscopic picture clarity. This monitor will suit both office and home users and it also save your electricity bills with less power consumption as compared with the conventional LCD monitors available in the market." The W1941S LCD monitor is available in the Indian market for Rs. 8500 only. |
