ViewSonic Launches 17" Wide-Screen LCD

ViewSonic, launched the world's first 17" wide-screen LCD, VA1703w, to expand ViewSonic's wide-screen product line from 17" to 28".



VA1703w brings panoramic wide-screen performance to budget-conscious users. The 16:10 wide aspect ratio and high 1440x900 resolution provide ample space for multiple document windows, side-by-side full-page layouts, and immersive gaming that virtually surrounds the gamer. With 8ms response, as well as 250 brightness and 500:1 contrast, VA1703w can demonstrate extreme clarity, amazing color and stunning brightness. The VA1703w delivers on ViewSonic's tradition of brilliant image quality and reliable performance all at an attractive price point. VA1703w is the easy choice for gamers, home users, small office users and corporate professionals. VA1703w is available with black and silver bezel color choices.

The end user price is Rs. 10,750. The monitor can be sourced from Roop Technology, Mumbai.
