In the latest trademark dispute against Apple, iCloud Communications is suing Apple over the name of the Cupertino-based company’s newest cloud based service. iCloud communications is an Arizona based VoIP equipment, service provider and cloud computing company that has been offering services, since 2005. iCloud Communications sues Apple
