It can be recollected that a few days ago, Google’s street View services in Bangalore (India), took a hit. This incident came after the search giant’s 360- view imagery service took a beating in several countries, owing to concerns of privacy. Google, as per reports, had gained access to the private details of the users, such as their location due to the mapping of the Wi-Fi networks. Google however had stated that the Wi-Fi mapping episode was unintentional, and that an engineer had added the objectionable code in the Wi-Fi location detection software. Wrong View!
