Google Pushes Further With PushLife Buy-out

What was gripped with uncertainty has finally hit the dotted line. The Canadian mobile entertainment provider company, PushLife has been acquired by the search giant, Google. As clearly stated on the former’s website, the deal will give Google an access to the digital content providing service of the company.

Prior to the finalizing of the deal, PushLife was working on developing a music app to further the use of it on Android and Blackberry mediums. PushLife, as most would know has been offering hi-end music streaming services, and has been innovating in the space, as well. It offers one-click purchases on several music stores and then view them either on your smartphone or your PC. In addition to the songs, users can also grab in the song artwork, details of the singer, et al. With Google acquiring the services of PushLife, users can expect Google to add its own uniqueness to the whole setup.

Google has reportedly acquired PushLife for $25 million. According to a detailed notice put up on the home page of the site, PushLife would shortly shut down its independent services and join the search giant’s engineering team in Canada.
