Peta takes the naked truth online with Peta.xxx

What’s the best way to get your attention on any subject? The answer is quite simple – Sex. Peta, or People for The Ethical Treatment of Animals has been a long time follower of the belief that sexy celebrities and animal rights seem to go hand in hand. Peta models have ranged from the international jet set celebs - like Baywatch star Pamela Anderson and Hollywood hottie Eva Mendes and few of our Bollywood beauties, like Shilpa Shetty - they are some of the lovely ladies who have shed their garb for animal rights. Some of the big names in porn like Jenna Jameson are also on the list and avid campaigners for the cause.

Making sex the driver for a better cause

The organisation has decided that it was time to get seriously down to the ‘naked’ truth and ‘bare it all’ and they have launched their very own .XXX website. The organisation purchased the domain peta.xxx, back in the September of 2011. Peta.xxx is an adult only website that not only showcases some of the sexiest people on planet, but also has tips for the vegetarian in you. Ron Jeremy, one of the premier names in the porn industry has also been featured endorsing and welcoming viewers to Peta’s latest and possibly riskiest undertaking. In a video posted on the site, he says this - "This is the perfect example of sex just being used to draw interest, and then once you're there on the site, we're going to hit you with facts that you need to know about the world of animals."

The website also contains photo galleries showcasing some of the organisation's more daring ad campaigns from across the globe, featuring local celebrities and others who have participated in rallies etc. for Peta.

Being of the raunchy nature, at first sight, the site also contains valuable information about what the organisation has accomplished with their various activities. Their Sex Tips section also gives viewers a few health tips on the kind of veggies that could help spice up their sex life. 

Sticking to their norm of shocking the world to raise awareness to their case, Peta’s hardcore video section is anything, but sexual in nature and depicts all kinds of cruelty to animals making users aware of their plight. ‘I’d rather go naked than wear fur’ has been their slogan for most of the big names who have stripped for the cause. 

The website is as simple as their campaigns and outlines just how well sex can sell an idea or an ideal to the masses. Hopefully users will take home valuable insights about what Peta is all about, aside from just the raw naked aspect of the website.
