Nintendo to Recall Wii Straps

On Friday, Nintendo announced that they're recalling 3.2 million Wii straps. This was triggered by the torrent of complains about the straps breaking or slipping out of gamers' hands, and causing damage to their televisions sets and household equipments (to people too in a few cases).


The strap recall will take place on all Wiis worldwide, effective for those already purchased an those on shelves.
