Since its emergence into the light of day, Microsoft’s Windows Phone 7 mobile operating system has been one that’s both brilliantly agile while still being quite useless in some cases. A work in progress, as I’ve said on a few occasions. Out of the various functions that the OS seems to lack, the one that really irks me has always been the multitasking, the one thing that all smartphone OS’ should be equipped to handle.
