Pulse News Reader Now Free For iPhone and Android Phones

17 Nov, 2010, 3:27 pm IST | by Ashish Koshy | Windows Mobile

The Pulse News Reader app which was first seen when Steve Jobs launched the Apple iPad and ever since has become a hit with users and Apple fans alike is now available free of cost for iPhone, iPad as well as Android users.

The Pulse News Reader is an app which handles your RSS feeds and displays them in a neat table format, picture wise. A very attractive and interactive app, it was priced at £2.39 for the iPad till they decided to drop the price tag completely (yes! it’s free for the iPad too)

That's what you call "good news"

Users get to share their favorite links on Facebook and Twitter. The app can also integrate with Google Reader, and yes users get to choose 20 (some might find it a small number) of their favorite feeds to be displayed on the screen. The stories get updated automatically in the horizontal columns and is easy to view with one click.

If you haven’t already whipped out your gizmos and put the Pulse News Reader on download, we recommend you do it today. Reading news was never so much fun.
