MSN India Debuts 5 Regional Language Portals

MSN India plans to woo the vernacular population by enabling Indian users to network, surf and chat in five different regional languages. The revamped version of MSN India has debuted on the sixth anniversary of its operations in the country with the announcement of MSN Hindi , MSN Tamil, MSN Telugu, MSN Kannada and MSN Malayalam along with Windows Live Messenger in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. Apart from a renewed MSN India homepage, the portal has also unveiled a new version of Windows Live Domains. MSN is also offering language packages which include multiple keyboard options to communicate in different languages, blog and share pictures. Moreover, users may now have their own domain names and create an unlimited amount of accounts in their domain. Everyone on the user domain gets a hotmail account and which can be upgraded to Windows Live Mail Beta for free. In addition, Email addresses on the domain can be used to access the services on the Windows Live Nnetwork such as Instant Messenger and Live Sspaces. The new regional language versions of MSN India have content such as movie reviews, interviews with movie stars, special focus on local news, Infotech, Astrology, Sports, Recipes and Humour.
