Internet radio is the future of radio it seems, and Sanyo has combined the concept with the old fashioned radio chassis. It's not that we can't hear Internet radio on our phones; it's just that this looks pretty cool. The Sanyo R227 has been released in Canada. The R227 connects to a wireless network and plays stations/podcasts from anywhere on the web. It's got a huge database of channels, programs etc, and it can also be programmed manually. Besides it also has regular digitial FM, and can also act as a speaker for your MP3 player. |
