Red Dead Redemption Announced

Rockstar Games have announced a sequel to their western shooter, Read Dead Revolver for the PS3 and the Xbox360 and it goes by the name of Red Dead Redemption. The game will be a free roaming game in the same vein as Grand Theft Auto and will be made using their proprietary RAGE engine. Red Dead Redemption is the story of former outlaw John Marston and will take place at the turn of the 20th century when the "lawless and chaotic badlands began to give way to the expanding reach of government and the spread of the Industrial Age.
