There isn't much to the phone that offers novelty over others in the same price range, except the TV-out feature. The package comes with a proprietary TV-out cable. I tried it out, and though there were no issues connecting, I found the video heavily pixelated and plagued with mosaic compression. Not a very viable option. The phone comes with an MP3 player and an FM radio. The music quality is just about okay, but I liked the FM reception. It doesn't crack up too much even while you're on the move. Finding frequencies is a problem though, especially indoors. The Hummer is equipped with a 2 megapixel camera. I liked the camera, even if the results were anything but great. It does have a lot of features you can play with, such as fun-to-use color modes. The camera is quick between shots, but extremely painful to use otherwise due to the sluggish UI. It doesn't fare too well in the night either. Multimedia features are not lacking. There's a photo editor and (my favorite) an FM recording scheduler. You can set the time and it will start recording your favorite channel and show. Other features include a calendar, to-do list, alarm, currency converter etc. The call reception, however, really sucks! The phone had network issues in the most unexpected places, and I had to deal with garbled conversation besides. The voice clarity is not good at all, and this is true for the person at the other end too. This is the biggest negative of the phone. With minimal usage, the Hummer's battery lasts about two days. This is not good enough. The phone costs Rs 10,000 and is not value for money, even with the bundled 256MB microSD card. One can think of better options in the same price range – such as Nokia's XpressMusic 5610 or the SE W580i – so you might as well give this a miss. Specs
