The player features a 132x32 graphic LCD with LED backlight that requires 1 AAA battery to work. The buttons you are more likely to use would be play/pause, skip and volume. For everything else you will need to take the headphones off. Some may think that this is inconvenient, but frankly you can always choose the right settings before putting them on. Then again, you may find that deciding the right EQ settings is a big pain without taking them off, and once they are off you might want to put them back on to check if it works for you.
You can simply drag and drop music. It even reads folders, but the bad thing is that it doesn’t have a direct folder change button. Somehow I find this a bit strange because you will need to get deeper into settings to access the folder change option.
The sound quality is good, for a product that doesn’t cost too much. The mids are a bit muffled, and you cannot trust the player with too much bass, for it could jar. It, however, serves more than well for your daily urban needs, like traveling etc.
You can pick this one up for Rs 2,500, and it's readily available everywhere. For this price the player is definitely a steal. Do remember that not having an option to extend memory is NOT a drawback. You should pick this up only if you know precisely what you are looking for. It does everything it is meant to do just fine.
