Wespro DS-5061S

Wespro is not known for making cameras; the company should probably stick to digital photo frames! When we got the DS-5061S, I wasn't sure what to make of it. However, our tests quickly proved that its performance is well below par.

The 5MP camera is aimed at low-end budget buyers who don't particularly care about the results. I say this because the low price tag doesn't make up for bad performance, especially when there other more deserving cameras available in this price range.

The build quality is a let-down, what with plastic buttons for powering on and off, as well as for shutter release. The rear has a 2.5-inch LTPS LCD screen. You can't escape the plastic at the rear either.

The device may remind you of a mobile camera, especially when you deploy the 4x zoom, with no visible transitions. It works up the zoom in direct jumps, so there are only four options to choose from.
