Games of February 2010

Here are the games rocking February 2010.

And the games are... Bioshock 2 Head back to the underworld dystopia that is Rapture as one of the first Big Daddies ever made in a quest to get reunited with your little sister. Of course it’s not going to be a walk in the park as the Big Sister stands in your way armed to the teeth with her repertoire of athletic moves and weapons. Making its debut in this series will be a multiplayer mode as well that most people seem a bit skeptical about. Dante's Inferno If there was an award for the best God of War clone it would go to Dante’s Inferno hands down. And I don’t mean that in a derogatory way. It’s just that the game looks, feels and plays like God of War (which I assure you is not a bad thing). Head over to our preview to see why you should be excited about going to hell. Aliens vs. Predator Introducing an age old franchise to a new crop of gamers isn’t an easy task but from the few gameplay videos we’ve seen, it seems developer Rebellion is on the right track. As always you’ll experience the single player campaign through three distinct races – Alien, Human and Predator after which you can step online for some multiplayer mayhem. Gamers who’re blessed with high end rigs will be able to enjoy the game in all its DirectX 11 glory. Heavy Rain Heavy Rain is a highly story driven adventure game that will put players in the boots of four distinct people as they track down for their own reasons a serial killer known only as the Origami Killer. While I personally think this game may not do too well commercially, it certainly will reward patient gamers with a highly emotional and intricate story pushing the boundaries of human emotion. |
