We’re on the cusp of the 3G revolution. Of course we’ve been on that cusp for a really long time now. Nevertheless, the world has moved on and there are those of us who travel enough to make use of the 3G culture in other parts of the world. So for these techno-travelers who need the speed but aren’t interested in too much more, here are a few 3G enabled handsets within a budget of Rs. 10,000. Samsung S5620 Monte – Rs. 8,600 Amongst this list of 3G enabled devices the Monte is by far the most feature rich. It’s equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity aside from just 3G and EDGE support. The Monte also comes with a GPS module and Google Maps. Samsung has also included their DNSe for a better music experience. Another variant of the popular 5800 XM is the lower end 5230 that may not have as much as it’s predecessor but is still quite loaded.
