These again are quite tall and deep in their cabinet design, after all they are meant to handle bass all the way down. It also is quite a heavy piece. Build quality is not up to the mark when it comes to the cloth grilles, while the actual cabinet is sturdy. It’s a well made unit with a black matte finish bearing a mild luster. The front and back panel has a high gloss black finish.

�The drivers comprise 2 woofers measuring 2.5 inches each and a cloth dome tweeter. The� driver material is termed as “dual woven glass fiber” by Creative.__STARTQUOTE__Performance wise, the A2 model is noted for its humongous bass, which was really hard thumping__ENDQUOTE__ The tweeter is positioned in the center of the two woofers. The max power is 16 watts per channel and frequency response is rated at 50 Hz – 20 kHz.

�As mentioned in the review, the bass is not upto the mark here, and in comparison it will lose to the other two. There is a slight boom in the low mids, at around 150 Hz, and no real low bass frequencies to support it. The mids were sharp and forward, and do sound similar to the Logitech in many ways. The separation and depth is again average, not too striking out. Highs are a bit forward, but not too much of a problem. The overall loudness was very impressive just like the Z10s, no audible or perceivable distortion. This speaker is loud with good clarity in the higher end of frequency range, but lacks thump and good warm low end.
