PhoneDog Live 8.12 - Are Apple lawsuits out of hand?; Leaked Android Ice Cream Sandwich pics

In this week's PhoneDog Live we discuss Apple's latest lawsuit against Motorola and if their patent battles are getting out of hand. Apple certainly has the right to sue for patent-infringement, but has it gone too far? Also this week, HTC announced their partnership with Beats Electronics. What will this mean for future HTC handsets? Was it a wise decision? Lastly, we got some screen shots of the latest Android version, Ice Cream Sandwich. It doen't tell us much about this new version, but it's still nice to see some images.
