Datawind Ubisurfer review

Even netbooks can feel a little large if you want to take anything else with you on the move. The Datawind Ubisurfer is smaller than a netbook but manages to fit in a keyboard and comes with mobile internet built in. It uses Windows CE, which used to be used for handheld computers.
