Datawind Ubisurfer review
Even netbooks can feel a little large if you want to take anything else with you on the move. The Datawind Ubisurfer is smaller than a netbook but manages to fit in a keyboard and comes with mobile internet built in.
It uses Windows CE, which used to be used for handheld computers. It does look dated but only takes 14 seconds to start up and shut down is virtually instant.
