Verizon tries to break up the CWA

Verizon's last quarterly report showed profits of $1.61 billion, but the telecommunication giant is asking union workers to give up $1 billion worth of benefits. Now the Communication Workers of America has got its members protesting in the streets of New York City. Mike Elk, a labor journalist, tells us if this is a tactic to break up the union.
