Pindrop Hearing of Rochester aims to supply the most advanced hearing aid technology based on the needs and wishes of his customers and to offer a full range of the best hearing aids and fitting systems available on the market today. We will go to no end to define our customers needs, and exceed their expectations.
Pindrop Hearing of Rochester, with satellite offices located in Austin and Owatonna Minnesota, are owned and operated by Paul Newton and Troy DanDurand. Troy offers nearly 14 years of Hearing Aid Manufacturing Industry experience overseeing General Management and Business Development for the Hearing Healthcare Professional in both the retail and clinical based business models, as well as providing exemplary Customer Service for the hearing impaired consumer/customer.
Paul and his wife Nancy have lived in Rochester for the last 30 years, raised our children here, and continue to be active members of the Rochester community. Paul has recently became a member of the Elks Lodge 1091 in Rochester Minnesota.
Paul has been serving the needs of the hearing impaired in SE MN since 1993. In that time he has served his clients as a hearing professional, business owner, industry consultant, and national consumer education speaker. Currently, he is working with the Minnesota Department of Health to improve the quality of care for Minnesota consumers.
Paul's credentials attest to the fact that he is committed to fair and ethical business practices, consumer education, and holding hearing professionals to the highest standard of professional care.
