Dual UEFI with 3D BIOS on GIGABYTE 7 Series Motherboards
With two physical BIOS ROMs onboard (main BIOS and backup BIOS), GIGABYTE takes its proprietary Dual BIOS technology to the next level with a new version of 3D BIOS boasting 2 different modes of interaction 3D Mode and Advanced Mode. 3D Mode is an easy to use BIOS environment featuring a 3D image of the motherboard where the user can simply select the area of the board that they want to manipulate. For example, selecting the SATA ports will bring up a number of storage options including the boot priority selector that allows you to boot from a USB flash drive. Advanced mode has all the overclocking and tweaking options that power users look for, and works equally well using a keyboard or mouse to navigate through its many pages.
