MechQuest - Testing My New Laptop
So, about 3 weeks ago, I bought a new laptop using ALL MAH MONIEZ (read: $700). What did I get? The following
HP Pavilion dm4-1253cl (14" Screen, whoo!)
Intel Core i5-460M Dual Core Processor (2.53GHz / 2.8GHz Turbo)
6 GB DDR3 RAM (Overkill FTW)
Intel HD Graphics (Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD; I know)
500GB 5400RPM Hard Drive
It's pretty nice. The processor and RAM are a bit bottlenecked by the GPU, but it works perfectly well enough for running SC2 on Low (and, evidently, MechQuest on High). 6GB RAM is totally unnecessary, but that's what it had on it. I wish I could have spent an extra $50 to upgrade the GPU, but I had to buy retail, rather than online. Oh well.
Sorry for the extremely long break. I've been doing schoolwork, and unfortunately, life has priority over video games. I'm going to try changing that soon, though :D
I could actually stream stuff live, if it weren't for my terrible internet connection. I'll mess around with it, though (streaming while watching youtube videos and playing games taking up only 50% CPU and RAM? Sweet). This thing is amazing compared to my old desktop that I had previously been using.

By the way, if the video resolution is messed up / isn't the best, that's my fault. I sort of just clicked buttons without thinking about it while rendering the video. Meh. Hopefully, the quality is a bit higher than my other videos.
