The new metal chic HP Pavilion dm4 Beats Edition reflects the signature Beats black and red design.
The black exterior carries a red
Beats logo and a striking, black
keyboard that is backlit in red. The
soft-touch surface on the palm rest
provides a smooth, silk-like tactile experience.
Designed to tackle daily tasks on-the-go while maximising performance, the HP Pavilion dm4 BeatsTM Edition boasts a 1-inch thin(3) profile in front and 14-inch diagonal high-definition (HD) (2) LED display for an optimal mobile entertainment experience.
Weighing approximately 2-kilos(5) and offering up to seven hours of battery life(1), the HP Pavilion dm4 BeatsTM Edition features the latest Intel® CoreTM processors with optional AMD Radeon HD(2) discrete graphics.
Available in a brushed aluminum dark umber, the Pavilion dm4 includes optional Intel® Smart Response Technology, which provides faster boot times, and application loads.
With the two subwoofers and Beats AudioTM, the Pavilion dm4 BeatsTM Edition offers a superior audio experience on a notebook PC. The notebook also includes HP innovations such as HP TrueVision HD(2) Webcam for brighter, cleaner images in high-definition, HP CoolSense for a noticeably cooler notebook, and HP SimplePass with fingerprint reader for storing passwords in one place.
Beats AudioTM technology was developed by HP in collaboration with legendary artist and producer Dr. Dre and chairman of Interscope Geffen A&M Records and Beats co-founder Jimmy Iovine.
The HP Pavilion dm4 BeatsTM Edition will be available from early January 2012 at $999.
