Hari & Aruna Sharma enjoying their own coffee brought from Sweden in their Executive Room nr 516 of Taj Palace Hotel New Delhi on the morning of January 01, 2012 before breakfast. They are discussing lots of issues facing India and the current state of political, educational and moral situations prevailing in the country including politicians, educators, administrators and general public. The basic things they are talking is based on the fact that people only expects to get something always from their employer, Govt. or their bosses. But they never think what they re giving back to their employer, Govt. or organization. They never think that they are receiving huge salaries or their work for the University, Govt. and organizations, but most of them are just defending their work. Only some class of people who really work hard in Govt, politics, University and organizations, the country (India) is surviving on them. Their discussion is largely based on the facts and deteriorating system of many things in India be it education, infrastructure and moral values. This is incorrect to blame on the large number of people or population in India as Chinese infrastructure and education is much better than India. Several Universities in China are ranked very high among 100 Universities in the World. Whereas, in India none of the University or educational organizations are ranked among 100. So this is the sad situation of Indian education. Several private institutions have come up in education business recently but this will take more time to achieve highest standards at the World platform and before they could be included in Good ranking at the world level. The most important reasons for doing not enough of many private Institutions that they often employ people who are retired form various organizations including University, Govt. and other Institutions. If they are retired from their parent organizations, how much they could work effectively for other organization, as they have not much energy left and also they get their pension from their old jib. So their main interest is to just hooked on their new assignment and just go on to justify their job. If they are so active and worthy of everything then why there is an age of retirement. This must means something. We have seen some persons who could not stand properly in some of the Institution or speak fluently but they are appointed in high positions in certain organizations. If the state of educator's personal health is like this what they could give guidelines and education to their students? These retired officers seldom consult modern library facilities or computer to see the world. Most of their brain is fixed as their own old working style. We feel sorry for the students who pay lots of money and come to some of these institutions and listen to tehse teachers.
