How to get Barrel FREE from Cydia for iPhone/iPod Touch *Updated*

This is a new and Improved version of my older tutorial on how to get Barrel. The other tutorial was crap, but at the time I didn't had an HD Camera, neither I had a stand to put a camera, now that I have these things I'm able to do the video.
