LG Launches First Ultra-HD 4K TVs in U.S.

Ushering in a new era in home entertainment, the first "Ultra High Definition" flat-panel TV -- with four times the resolution of today's HDTVs -- went on sale today to consumers in the United States. LG Electronics USA chose Southern California, the epicenter of entertainment and innovation, as the consumer launchpad for this groundbreaking technology.
