OS X Lion officially launched this morning, and our own Jon Rettinger has already downloaded the update and started checking it out -- he started earlier with Mission Control, and is now taking a look at LaunchPad.
LaunchPad gives you instant access to all of the apps you have downloaded onto your Mac by clicking on the LaunchPad icon on your computer's dock. The app setup looks a lot like iOS, and allows you to arrange applications and put them into folders for easy access and organization purposes.
