Google India to High Court Can't censor site content

Presenting its defense against the Government's diktat to block websites which don't remove inappropriate content, Google India gave a presentation in the Delhi High Court explaining why it was not able to implement the order. The 21 Websites told Delhi HC that it's impossible to block objectionable content and also add that India is not a totalitarian regime like China. It insists that Google India is not the same as Google Inc.
