Qualcomm Snapdragon S3 vs Snapdragon S4 How Big Is The Difference?

Both processors tested in this video are dual-core 1.5 GHz. The Snapdragon S3 is tested on the Samsung Galaxy Note (from AT&T) and the Snapdragon S4 is tested on the T-Mobile HTC One S. Obviously, we know the S4 processor is the faster out of the two. I, like many of you, was just wondering how big of a difference the S4 made in terms of sheer speed on an Android phone.
