Samsung Galaxy S3 vs. iPhone 4S, Which Is Faster?

The tests I do include a boot up, app speed, camera launch, and browser page load test. The phones were both running on the same Wi-Fi network with internet history wiped to make it even. The Galaxy S3 has a S4 snapdragon dual-core at 1.5 GHz while the iPhone 4S has an 800 MHz A5 dual-core. The SGS3 has 2 GB of RAM (in the U.S. and Canadian versions) while the iPhone 4S has only 512 MB. The spec sheet will have you think its an easy win for the SGS3, but remember that iOS seems to be the more efficient operating system.
