Even at the mid-range tier, there are quite a few devices worth looking at on AT&T. One of those is the Sony Xperia ion, Sony's first 4G LTE device. Priced at $99.99, it offers a 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S3 CPU, 4.5-inch HD display, 12-megapixel camera with 1080p HD recording, a front-facing camera, 1,900 mAh battery, and Android 2.3 with Sony's Timescape UI.
The processor may be last-generation, but snagging an HD display and 4G LTE connectivity for under $100 isn't bad. Part 1 of 2.
