How to Overclock Sandy Bridge P67/Z68 i5 i7 + Test Bench Tour

Spent the better half of the last couple hours working on overclocking this new toy so I'm posting a video for you guys with my progress. This'll do 5ghz pretty easy, but the voltages are too high for my tastes. If you want to do it, just drop load line calibration to Level 1 and the offset voltage to +0.080. So far I'm pretty impressed with the Asrock Fatal1ty Professional 3 Gen 3. It should be similar to the Asrock P67/Z68 Extreme 4 and Extreme 7 so if you're on the fence on any of those, I'd say jump. For the gurus out there, I'm open to tips on how to make my overclock better. I just started working on this board tonight so there's probably some tips you can give me.
