Sony Xperia P and U Hands On
Sony unveiled two new Xperia devices at Mobile World Congress that are based off of the upcoming Xperia S. The Xperia P has a unibody aluminum design and packs a 1GHz dual-core CPU with 1GB of RAM. It has a 4.0" FWVGA display with a new subpixel technology that provides better outdoor viewing.
The Xperia U is a more pocket-friendly device thanks to its 3.5" FWVGA display. The internals are the same as the Xperia P other than that.
